Yes, we are open again, but because of covid and staffing issues not everything is open 100%. Some restrictions may be in place. Also, because of being understaffed and people delaying their vacations we are getting extremely high volumes of calls ranging in as much as 150 an hour. We can handle about 20 an hour.
